Trip.Com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Payment Compliance professional to evaluate payment models, assess licensing requirements, and translate regulatory advice into practical, compliant operating models across our global operations.

You will work with Business, Product, Legal, and external counsel to ensure robust regulatory alignment and risk-managed product launches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in regulatory compliance or fintech, with payment regulation exposure.
• Strong understanding of payment regulatory frameworks and licensing.
• Experience advising cross-functional teams on regulatory risks and product flows.

Responsibilities

• Payment Regulatory & Licensing advisory across jurisdictions.
• Analyse payment flows, contracts, and settlement structures for compliance.
• Conduct pre-launch regulatory assessments and document decisions.
• Coordinate external counsel and translate opinions into actions.
• Partner with business and product teams to resolve regulatory issues.
• Prepare regulatory assessments, governance papers, and frameworks.
• Use AI tools for regulatory research and horizon scanning.
