Job summary

ByteDance’s Global Payments team is seeking a Full-stack Product Designer to shape end-to-end product experiences for TikTok, TikTok Shop, and other ByteDance platforms. You will work onsite in Singapore, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Research, and regional teams to balance global consistency with local market needs.

Expect to drive design from discovery to delivery, leveraging AI and data to accelerate decisions.

Qualifications

Experience designing global products across multiple markets.
Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring designers.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, metrics, and data-informed decisions.
Self-driven with strong problem-solving and ambiguity navigation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery.
Transform ambiguous problems into clear product experiences backed by research and data.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and regional teams.
Apply systems thinking to scalable design across markets while balancing global and local needs.
Leverage AI to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and production.
Use insights to improve UX, product performance, and business outcomes.
Contribute to and evolve the global payment design system for consistency.
