Job summary

HURELAX PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen and expand international partnerships across digital advertising, media, technology, and mobile gaming ecosystems.

You will identify strategic opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders, supporting vendor evaluations and commercial negotiations. You will also provide actionable market intelligence to support growth, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years of international business development/partnerships/channel management.
• Strong understanding of international digital media and advertising ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok).
• Knowledge of third-party advertising technology providers, media partners, and ad tech ecosystems.
• Proven negotiation, relationship management, and resource coordination skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate commercial opportunities objectively.
• Excellent English communication for collaboration with international partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: identify, develop, and maintain relationships with international media partners and ad platforms.
• Vendor Evaluation and Commercial Negotiations: support vendor sourcing, evaluation, and competitive bidding; lead negotiations.
• Market Intelligence and Business Insights: monitor international ad/tech markets and translate insights into reports.
• Business Opportunity Identification: identify new international opportunities and assess commercial value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with marketing, monetisation, product, finance, and other teams to support requirements.
