Aspire is hiring a Global Partner Marketing Lead to design and own the partner marketing agenda across banking/fintech, ERPs, VC partners, and ISVs. Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing with multi-market exposure.
• Proven track record designing co-marketing programs and MDF frameworks.
• Experience operating globally with central strategy and local execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global partner marketing strategy aligning with partner-sourced revenue.
• Design repeatable co-marketing campaigns and assets for in-market use.
• Work with field marketing and BU leads to ensure local relevance and scale.
• Measure pipeline, revenue, MDF ROI, and partner activation; report findings.
