Aspire Group is building a global partner marketing function from the ground up. You will own the global partner marketing strategy and playbook, driving partner-sourced revenue across banking, ERP, and ISV ecosystems.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution across all regions. You will report to the VP of Partnerships and work with Field Marketing Managers worldwide to ensure globally consistent yet locally relevant programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing across multiple partner types.
• Proven track record designing/co-marketing programs or MDF frameworks that drove partner-sourced pipeline.
• Experience working globally or across markets, setting central strategy with local execution.
• Operate as strategist and operator, able to set agenda and ship a campaign.
• Strong stakeholder management across Partnerships, Sales, Field Marketing, and BU/Product Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Define and own Aspire's partner marketing roadmap tied directly to partner-sourced revenue and new customer acquisition targets across Aspire BA, Aspire OS, and AspireX.
• Build the standard playbook: co-marketing structures, MDF frameworks, enablement assets, templates; regions localize, not reinvent.
• Identify and activate partner marketing opportunities globally with Partnership and Channel Managers.
• Design repeatable co-marketing campaign frameworks and localize messaging market by market.
• Establish shared metrics and reporting cadence for partner marketing performance; report to VP of Partnerships and BU stakeholders.
