Job summary

Confidential Company in Singapore seeks a Network Engineer to participate in production network and internet peering strategies. You will work with multiple vendor servers to resolve software and hardware issues and handle traffic queries from ISPs and partners.

You will support peering incidents globally, troubleshoot optical and IP components, and coordinate with TAC vendors. Some weekend work may be required in a 24/7 global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with 2+ years’ related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of network and traffic peering.
• Knowledge of IP networking (IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
• Optical technologies and fiber components knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with multi-vendor networks; CCNP/JNCIP/Ciena preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in production network and internet peering strategies.
• Work on multiple vendor servers and resolve software/hardware issues.
• Handle traffic queries raised by ISP/partners.
• Support network/traffic peering incidents across global teams.
• Troubleshoot optical and IP network components; coordinate with TAC vendors.
• Participate in 24/7 support with teams worldwide; some weekend work may be required.
