Confidential Company is seeking a Network Operations Engineer in Singapore to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot optical and IP networks with minimal supervision. You will address complex issues across DWDM/CWDM and IP routing, ensuring high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years related experience.
• Proven optical and IP networking expertise (DWDM/CWDM; IPv4/IPv6; MPLS; BGP; OSPF).
• Strong fault analysis and root cause reporting.
• Excellent communication with global providers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Resolve diverse network issues creatively and effectively.
• Monitor optical and IP networks using management tools.
• Collaborate with XFNs, vendors, and service providers globally.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for outages and report findings.
• Support network projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Operate with minimal daily guidance.
