Job summary

Geotab Inc. in Singapore seeks a Global Operations Intern (Product Ops Focus) to maintain ERP data, support labeling workflows, and assist with test device deployments across APAC.

You will collaborate with internal teams and regional partners, leveraging Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems, with strong English communication and a proactive mindset. This hands-on role offers exposure to product testing, SOP documentation, and logistics support, with opportunity to contribute to labeling

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP or similar) and Excel/Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP data and SKU accuracy across core platforms.
• Assist with product labeling SOPs and workflow resolution.
• Coordinate import, customs logistics and device distribution logistics.
• Support new product testing setups and partner engagement.
• Serve as central liaison with internal teams and external partners.
• Track test units and aggregate status reports for project leads.
