Job summary

HP is offering a College Intern - Regional Product Ops Testing Lead (Digital Go To Market) in Singapore. You will enable testing across functions, coordinate testing strategy with PMs, and support change management to ensure project benefits are realized.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, with 6 months or longer full-time internship starting in January 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• Experience with project planning tools to create, manage, and track testing results.
• Ability to create and manage project test schedules and resource allocation plans.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills, mastery in English and local language.
• Strong change management and negotiation skills, with ability to manage changing environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and versions control.

Responsibilities

• Enable testing involving multiple functions and project teams with engagement from PMs, SMEs and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with PMs to define testing strategy, plans, schedules, and critical testing deliverables.
• Participate through all project phases to coordinate planning, cross-functional collaboration and testing targets.
• Support Change Management to ensure project benefits are delivered.
• Conduct regular project testing review calls and provide testing dashboards and progress updates.
