Job summary

C2 Creative Communications Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Events Coordinator to manage on-site operations and liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors across projects.

The role involves troubleshooting issues, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and at least 2 years in exhibitions/events, with strong written communication and the ability to work with people from all walks of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma level required.
• 2 years in Exhibitions/Events industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers/contractors on projects and troubleshoot issues during project execution.
• Manage on-site operations and client liaison across locations.
• Travel to various locations around the island and internationally as needed.
• Be available to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Demonstrate excellent written communications and ability to work with diverse teams.
