Significant experience in Ocean Freight and trade management.
Strong understanding of carrier dynamics and market rates.
Proven ability to drive volume growth, yield improvement and profitability.
Experience coaching or managing teams in a regional/international setup.

Responsibilities

Drive the commercial performance and development of assigned global ocean trades.
Develop and execute trade development plans aligned with growth strategy.
Drive sustainable volume growth, GP improvement and trade competitiveness.
Support country teams in developing local trade plans and growth initiatives.
Identify emerging trade flows, market opportunities and high-growth customer segments.
Manage ocean carrier relationships and procurement activities across trades.
Support carrier negotiations, rate discussions, capacity planning and service commitments.
Lead, coach and develop assigned Trade Managers, Specialists and Analysts.
Collaborate across country, regional and global teams to drive trade performance.
