Job summary
MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Director of Central NPM & Inventory Control to lead global NPM execution, inventory governance and planning transformation across the network.
The role bridges Product Development, SCP, Manufacturing, and Finance to deliver reliable customer commitments and efficient inventory usage. The ideal leader will drive end-to-end NPI, optimize cycle time, reduce aging and excess inventory, and advance AI-enabled planning across multiple sites,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or Business.
- 15+ years in semiconductor operations, supply chain planning and NPI management.
- 5+ years leading global planning teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead global Central NPM organization and governance.
- Drive end-to-end NPI execution and OTD improvements.
- Own inventory health and optimization of turns.
- Improve cycle time and throughput across network.
- Lead planning transformation with AI-assisted planning.
- Collaborate with PDT, SCP, Manufacturing, and Finance.
