You will coordinate across product, distribution, legal, claims, and operations to ensure compliant program design and timely, high-quality client service. Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience, preferably client servicing (broker or company background).
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures.
• Client focused with experience working with multinational corporations and dealing with senior client personnel / risk managers.
• Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all multinational service activities and oversee the client experience across the portfolio.
• Provide direction to stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of assigned multinational programs.
• Offer multinational technical guidance to underwriters for compliant program structure and local regulatory adherence.
• Lead the rollout of the End-to-End multinational workflow and monitor SLAs.
• Ensure service fee discipline and timely issuance of policy and invoice documents.
• Collaborate with Product Underwriters and Distribution on approvals and documentation.
• Engage with multinational claims to develop bulletins/protocols and support enquiries.
• Coordinate with product, distribution, legal, claims, and operations for portfolio growth.
• Act as senior external service contact and report program performance to brokers/clients.
• Lead periodic stewardship meetings with Distribution to align underwriting and delivery.
