Job summary

Join is seeking a proactive professional to support our rapidly growing multi-family office business. The role focuses on trade execution across multiple regions and asset classes, using electronic platforms and FIX connectivity.

Responsibilities include broker oversight, data integrity in the portfolio system, and driving automation of trading processes with a global team. Strong Excel, attention to detail, and flexibility in hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience placing and executing trades at a bank across equities, options, fixed income, and FX.
• Hands-on experience in electronic trading, including order routing and execution through electronic platforms and FIX connectivity.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg (BBG) and EMSX is a plus.
• Some coding experience to automate workflows.
• Strong Excel skills for trade reconciliation and data checks.

Responsibilities

• Execute, process, and monitor trades across regions and asset classes.
• Ensure trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations are accurate.
• Collaborate with custodians to reflect holdings and resolve issues.
• Monitor brokers for best execution and compliance with limits.
• Prepare semi-annual broker reviews and monitor counterparty credit ratings.
• Monitor cash positions and funding needs to avoid overdrafts.
• Automate trading workflows and set up trading connections (FIX, EMSX).
• Maintain an up-to-date list of broker and bank contacts.
• Provide market updates and share insightful information with the investment teams.
