Job summary
DIRECT SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Trade Execution/Operations professional to ensure precise and timely execution of trades across designated markets. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, brokers, and Operations to uphold execution quality and robust trading controls.
The role requires 3–7 years in trade execution or trading operations, with strong market knowledge and experience with trading systems. High integrity and detail-oriented work are essential.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in trade execution, dealing, trading operations, or investment management.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading processes.
- Experience with trading/order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

- Execute buy and sell orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor market conditions, liquidity, pricing, and execution quality.
- Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, brokers, custodians, and Operations.
- Monitor open orders, trade confirmations, and settlement status.
- Ensure trades comply with investment mandates, limits, and internal policies.
- Identify and resolve trade discrepancies, errors, and settlement issues.
- Maintain accurate trade records and reporting.
- Support broker performance and execution-quality reviews.
