Job summary

Join is seeking a proactive professional to support our rapidly growing multi-family office business. The role focuses on trade execution across multiple regions and asset classes, using electronic platforms and FIX connectivity.

Responsibilities include broker oversight, data integrity in the portfolio system, and driving automation of trading processes with a global team. Strong Excel, attention to detail, and flexibility in hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience placing and executing trades at a bank across equities, options, fixed income, and FX.
• Hands-on experience in electronic trading, including order routing and execution through electronic platforms and FIX connectivity.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg (BBG) and EMSX is a plus.
• Some coding experience to automate workflows.
• Strong Excel skills for trade reconciliation and data checks.

We are an independent, partner-owned investment management group with a proven track record as an active investor in both multi-asset class as well as exclusively sourced direct investments.
In order to support our rapidly growing multi-family office business, we are seeking a self-driven, highly motivated candidate to work directly within our global team.
Objectives: To provide a professional, effective and quality oriented service to the management and clients of the group with a high level of confidentiality, objectivity and integrity.

Responsibilities

Trade Execution

• Calculate, execute, and process all trades as assigned by the portfolio managers (PMs) across all regions and asset classes (equities, options, fixed income, and FX) and respond to queries and problems with market intelligence in a timely manner. Handle complex and time-sensitive orders to the same standard.
• Check and control trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations in the portfolio management system.
• Work with the custodian banks to ensure systems reflect correct holdings and transactions, and to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and review broker performance on execution quality, and ensure execution is in line with the best execution policy and applicable limits.
• Prepare the semi-annual broker review, and monitor the credit ratings of counterparties.
• Check funding requirements daily. Monitor and adjust cash accounts to avoid overdrafts.
• Check that broker commissions follow the agreed pricing.
• Continuously improve and automate the trading system and trading activities across the different custodian banks, including setting up trading connections (e.g., FIX, Bloomberg EMSX).
• Maintain an up-to-date list of contacts at brokers and execution banks.

Operations

• Maintain the accuracy of data in the portfolio management system (sectors, countries, asset classes...) for listed and non-listed securities. Input and correct data entries as needed, including for quarterly invoicing.
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the various Variable Capital Company (VCC) sub-funds.
• Identify and drive AI use cases that improve trading and operational workflows, in line with the firm's data security and compliance policies.

Regulatory

• Follow internal policies and procedures, and ensure regulatory requirements are completed and submitted on time.

Market Monitoring

• Communicate relevant, insightful market information to the investment teams.
• Provide daily market updates covering economic releases, corporate highlights, earnings, and asset performance.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
