Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an execution trading role within global macro or systematic investment strategies.
• Experience executing across Rates, FX, Equities and Commodities.
• Strong understanding of systematic and quantitative investment strategies.
• Experience supporting portfolio managers or quantitative trading teams.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and electronic execution.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and risk awareness.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure in fast-moving markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute systematic macro trading strategies across multiple asset classes.
• Provide high quality execution across electronic and voice venues with best execution.
• Collaborate with PMs, Quants and Tech to implement strategies.
• Monitor execution performance and reduce transaction costs.
• Maintain understanding of trading workflows, market dynamics and risk controls.
• Manage execution risks and adjust trades during varying market conditions.
• Ensure timely and accurate trade execution with robust controls.
• Support testing and rollout of new execution platforms and connectivity.
• Develop relationships with brokers and liquidity providers and enhance analytics.
