Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Lead Specialist Global Mobility to oversee international assignments, transfers, and mobility programs across APAC and key markets. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and employees to ensure compliant, high-quality mobility services and policy enhancements.

In this role, you will manage external vendors, advise on immigration, and drive continuous improvements to governance frameworks while delivering an excellent employee experience across mobility moves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in global mobility, international HR, immigration, or expatriate management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of international assignments and transfers.
• Act as primary contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners.
• Provide guidance on mobility policies, relocation and immigration requirements.
