Job summary

Lumina Advisory & Global Search seeks an experienced MIS Manager to oversee regional IT operations, security, and systems integration across multiple offices. The role requires managing Windows and macOS environments, standardizing hardware, and aligning IT with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include implementing AD/MDM, cloud collaborations (Microsoft 365, iCloud, Google Workspace), and enforcing security controls, audits, and compliance, with occasional travel to branch sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IM/IT or related discipline.
• Eight+ years IT/MIS experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, server administration, firewalls, cloud infra, identity management, DLP, IT auditing, and endpoint security.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Apple Certified Support Professional, CISSP, CCNP, PMP.
• Mandarin language proficiency is required for stakeholder interactions and Mandarin documentation.
• Strategic, hands-on leader with solid project-management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee computer systems across global branch offices; standardize hardware procurement and lifecycle management.
• Manage and monitor global LAN/WAN/VPN, firewalls, and cloud services for reliable connectivity.
• Plan and deliver IT resource integration, including AD, MDM, and cross-platform file sharing.
• Administer and integrate Microsoft 365, iCloud, and Google Workspace in a hybrid setup.
• Lead IT infrastructure and system-integration projects for subsidiaries with governance alignment.
• Develop and enforce endpoint security, IAM, patching, and DLP controls.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, audits, and security-awareness training; occasional travel.
