Shilla Travel Retail Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support business reporting, PO and SKU maintenance, and shipment/stock management. The role involves extracting data to create buying sheets for Buyers, updating system SKUs, and communicating with Logistics and Brands to resolve stock and shipment issues.

Candidate should have a Diploma in Business or Retail Management with at least two years of related experience and strong Excel Pivot skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Retail Management.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot tables.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsabilités

• Generate and analyze merchandising/performance ROI reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Prepare buying spreadsheets by extracting historical sales, stock, and pricing data for Buyers.
• Coordinate shipment/stock issues with Logistics, Brands and Operations; monitor stock levels and transfers.
• Handle miscellaneous admin tasks including SKU data maintenance and vendor communications.
• Compute monthly rebates, discounts, and promotional billings with Brands.
