Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in MedTech industry (implied by senior role).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in marketing, sales, and/or medical affairs (preferred).
• Ability to operate in a complex global environment and matrix organization.
• Strong medical knowledge in vascular/oncology domains and product understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of International Educational Programs.
• Align with regional Medical Affairs teams to ensure strategic alignment with goals.
• Plan and implement international educational initiatives to meet Medical Affairs objectives.
• Oversee and drive the ADVANCE physician training and KOL development efforts.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with regional scientific societies and KOLs.
• Collaborate with PI organizations regionally and identify new opportunities for regional MA initiatives.
• Manage educational budgets with regional leads as needed.
• Foster teamwork and communication across multidisciplinary medical teams.
