Essential / Key Job Responsibilities (including supervisory and/or fiscal):

• Execute Strategy: Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of International Educational Programs.
• Align with the PI regional Medical Affairs teams, ensuring strategic alignment with business unit and regional goals.
• Strategic Initiatives: Plan and implement international educational initiatives to achieve integrated Medical Affairs objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Cultural Competence: Ability to navigate and respect diverse cultural practices and norms in healthcare settings.
• Training and Education: Oversee and drive the International ADVANCE physician training and education program, focusing on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development strategies and building strong team collaboration covering all disease states.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to BDX regional and global policies and procedures.
• Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with regional scientific societies and the regional Medical Affairs team, supporting the regional business strategy and collaborating with commercial teams for the Advance Clinical Training & Education program.
• Collaboration: Establish a working interface with PI organizations in the regional area.
• Opportunity Identification: Support the regional MA teams in the identification and evaluation of new regional opportunities.
• Budget responsibility: Understanding of setting and maintaining, available educational budgets in conjunction with International educational manager and regional commercial leads as necessary.
• Teamwork and Empowerment: Commit to understanding and advancing Medical Affairs objectives in a multidisciplinary environment, fostering teamwork and empowering associates and colleagues.
• Communication: Integrate medical and scientific information into business planning and effectively communicate data throughout the organization to colleagues of varying technical backgrounds.

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum 5+ years in MedTech industry (essential)
• Hospital radiographic technician, NP, MD or PhD (Preferred)
• Proven ability to work effectively in complex global environments, with experience in marketing, sales, and/or medical affairs (preferred)
• Fluency in English both spoken and written (essential)
• Fluency in Chinese both spoken and written (preferred)
• Fluency in Japanese both spoken and written (preferred)
• Clinical care and decision-making background required in Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology, End Stage Kidney Disease, Venous disease and Oncology with Cardiology & Diabetology (preferred)
• Strong interest in creating and maintaining digital content to use for global platforms (essential)
