NOVA TALENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Senior Medical Science Liaison to support scientific engagement, clinical education, and professional development across the medical and beauty healthcare sector.

You will work with healthcare professionals, KOLs and commercial teams to deliver training, presentations and educational programmes. The role emphasizes hands-on clinical training, market insight gathering and collaboration on product launches and events with both local and international

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or related roles.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals or KOLs.
• Experience in clinical training or medical education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts.
• Develop and execute clinical education and scientific engagement programmes.
• Deliver product, clinical and scientific training to healthcare professionals and internal teams.

Job description

Our client is a global healthcare company seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to support scientific engagement, clinical education, and professional development across the medical and beauty healthcare sector.

This role will work closely with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and commercial teams to deliver clinical training, scientific presentations, workshops and educational programmes, while providing valuable market and field insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts, identifying opportunities for engagement and collaboration.
• Develop and execute clinical education and scientific engagement programmes, including workshops, training sessions, symposiums and roundtable discussions.
• Deliver product, clinical and scientific training to healthcare professionals and internal commercial teams.
• Facilitate hands‑on clinical training and support healthcare professionals in developing appropriate product and treatment knowledge.
• Gather and communicate market, clinical and customer insights to support commercial and brand strategies.
• Partner closely with commercial teams on product launches, training initiatives and in‑clinic educational activities.
• Participate in relevant local and international conferences, congresses and scientific meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Education, Clinical Specialist, Medical Science Liaison or a related role.
• Experience within beauty, cosmetic healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare industries is preferred.
• Prior experience engaging with healthcare professionals, KOLs or clinical experts is highly advantageous.
• Experience in clinical training, scientific education or hands‑on product training is preferred.
