Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a Medical Client Service Specialist to support travelling and domestic populations. You will manage complex medical cases from intake to completion, including outpatient and inpatient care, medical transport, air ambulance, repatriation, and related billing.

Qualifications

• Experience as Medical Assistance Coordinator or Global Operations Coordinator.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English and German (verbal and written).
• Collaborative approach to service delivery and empathy towards clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all elements of ongoing and complex cases through to completion (outpatient, inpatient, transport, repatriations, billing).
• Deliver professional medical assistance and network-led services per SOPs.
• Coordinate with Global Operations Coordinators and other teams.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Provide guidance and training to new staff where needed.
