Job summary

International SOS seeks a Case Manager for the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). The role coordinates care for high-cost cases, collaborating with healthcare providers, beneficiaries, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will use CRM tools and clinical knowledge to ensure evidence-based care plans, documentation, and continuous program improvement on a global scale.

Qualifications

• RN license active and valid in country of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with exposure to case management or managed care.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with international healthcare systems is advantageous, especially TRICARE TOP.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, external subcontractors, the DHA, and TRICARE beneficiaries to ensure seamless case management delivery.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication with beneficiaries and stakeholders across diverse backgrounds.
• Manage case assignments through the CRM system, ensuring timely outreach and ongoing engagement.
• Apply clinical knowledge to evaluate medical necessity and appropriateness of care plans.
• Document clinical progress using CRM and prepare detailed case summaries for reviews.
• Facilitate disease education, medication reconciliation, and goal-setting conversations.
• Coordinate with regional healthcare providers to verify adherence to international standards.
• Participate in quality assurance activities including audits and case reviews.
• Address beneficiary concerns regarding billing, policy, or claims promptly.
• Engage in continuing professional education and team meetings.
• Demonstrate accountability for workload and prioritization.
• Contribute to reporting and SOP updates.
