Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Direct Sales professional to drive revenue in Singapore. You will manage customers, coordinate with local and overseas offices, and contribute to pricing, quotations, and strategic sales initiatives.

Applicants should hold a tertiary degree or higher, have relevant logistics experience, and possess Japanese language skills. Tank operations or chemical industry knowledge is a plus. This position is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher degree required
• Experience in Logistics/Transportation/Freight Forwarding
• Fluency in Japanese for client communication
• Experience in Tank operations or leasing is a plus (chemicals)

Responsibilities

• Direct sales activities to meet company goals and KPIs
• Manage customers and secure new business from potential lists
• Monitor progress and establish contingency plans
• Resolve customer issues related to operations and service
• Engage in sales with local and overseas offices and customers
• Perform pricing studies and prepare quotations
• Provide competitive analysis to support sales strategies
• Develop SOPs with other departments
• Prepare and attain annual budget targets
