Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to join Global Markets. You will lead end-to-end analysis, work with stakeholders across treasuries, risk, finance, and technology, and translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Global Markets, strong knowledge of FX, fixed income, equities, and a hands-on approach with JIRA/Confluence. The role is based at Punggol with 100% work-in-location requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis in Global Markets, Treasury, Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
• Strong knowledge of Global Markets products and trade lifecycles.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, solution design and testing support.
• Experience delivering digital transformation or platform implementations in banking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on with JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic business and platform transformation initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis across the project lifecycle.
• Analyse and optimise front-to-back trade lifecycle processes for improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions with Tech teams.
• Facilitate workshops and align business and technology objectives.
• Support programme planning, governance, vendor evaluation, and roadmap execution.
• Stay aware of market trends, regulatory developments, and innovations to support platform modernisation.
