Job summary

BW Epic Kosan in Singapore invites graduates to join a 24-month Traineeship Programme within the Technical Procurement Department. The programme offers broad exposure to maritime procurement operations supporting our fleet of vessels and hands-on experience in supplier management, spares, and certificates administration.

Qualifications

• Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
• Fresh Graduates may also apply.
• Traveling to shipyards in China, Turkey and other European countries are expected around the year.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English language with all levels of staff and work independently in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines.
• Proficient in computer software applications and good Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Resourceful, good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Applicant should be Singaporean.

Responsibilities

• Support maritime procurement operations for managed vessels.
• Assist with equipment spares, consumable stores, and certificates management.
• Participate in procurement risk analysis, contract negotiation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Rotate through key departments to gain hands-on experience in ship management and finance aspects.
• Take on responsibilities from day one in a traineeship role.
