Job summary

Wilhelmsen Ships Service is seeking a Supply & Planning Coordinator in Singapore to ensure timely handling of customer orders. You will coordinate with Customer Service, inventory, freight, warehouse, and procurement to ensure product availability and accurate order processing.

The role reports to the Supply Manager and requires a Diploma in a related field with 1–2 years’ experience; weekend and public holiday work may be required. The team works in a dynamic marine products environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Operations Management required.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience expected.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Customer Service, inventory, freight, warehouse, and procurement to ensure product availability for orders.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Communicate delivery status and order information to Customer Service.
