Job summary

Our client, a global semiconductor technology company, seeks a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead customer-focused manufacturing projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. Location: Kanagawa, Japan.

Responsibilities include guiding projects from planning to delivery, managing schedules and risks, and serving as the primary liaison for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level English and Japanese for internal and external communications.
• Customer-facing project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Act as the key contact point for customers and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams including overseas headquarters.
