Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a senior program manager to lead manufacturing transitions between Austin and Singapore, coordinating cross-functional teams to ramp production and ensure readiness for new and existing products.

You will drive programs that balance cost, quality, delivery, and capacity while shaping scalable production strategies for future growth. With 5–10 years in large-scale technology strategy programs, you will partner with Operations, Manufacturing, NPI, and Supply

Qualifications

• 5–10 years leading large-scale programs in technology strategy and ERP/Analytics implementations.
• Experience in operations, supply chain and NPI transitions is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing transition programs for Singapore with planning and execution.
• Coordinate activities with Operations, Manufacturing, NPI, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Serve as central owner for transition programs to achieve production readiness and targets.
• Drive cross-functional execution to meet cost, quality, delivery, and capacity targets.
• Develop scalable production strategies to support future growth.
• Identify productivity improvements to optimize labor and plant utilization.
• Manage risks, dependencies, schedules and stakeholder communications.
