You will work with software, automation, and manufacturing teams to turn data into actionable decisions, deploying scalable AI solutions across the global network and continuously improving performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience applying machine learning, statistical analysis, or AI techniques to real-world problems.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligent analytics, ML, optimization, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions to improve manufacturing performance.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions across functions.
• Collaborate with software, automation, and manufacturing engineers to deploy production-ready AI solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver measurable value across quality, productivity, and supply chain.
