Sea Group’s Sea Global MAP Shopee & Monee Track is a 2-year flagship program designed for graduates to build leadership through four 6-month rotations across Shopee and Monee. You'll work on high-impact projects, receive direct mentorship from C-suite and senior leaders, and gain global experience through local and overseas rotations.

The program aims to groom you for future leadership within Sea's e-commerce, digital payments, and entertainment businesses.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree advantageous but not required.
• 0–2 years of full-time working experience (as of Oct 31, 2026)
• Strong academic achievements and leadership potential are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Participate in four 6-month rotations across Shopee and Monee.
• Engage in high-impact AI-powered projects and initiatives.
