Qualifications

Minimum secondary school graduate or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
Basic computer literacy.
Forklift license and experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) (preferred).

Responsibilities

Perform daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
Manage departments filing needs on daily basis.
Prepare export shipments via parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, OHL) and Freight Forwarders.
Understand and follow Hazmat export rules and procedures (mostly lithium).
Create and manage export documents to ensure timely delivery of international shipments.
Accurately pick and pack released orders
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory
Update and maintain inventory transaction records
Record all inbound and outbound stock on a daily basis
Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and maintained
Conduct regular inventory counts
Work environment will be split between both office and warehouse environments.
