Job summary

MRL Consulting Group | Global Niche Technology Recruitment in Singapore is seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate handling of import and export cargo. You will maintain high standards of inventory control, safety, and housekeeping within a growing international organisation.

Key responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping cargo, updating ERP records, conducting stock counts, and investigating discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing global company.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, put away, and ship cargo within a warehouse environment.
• Check, retrieve, load, unload, pack, and palletise import and export shipments.
• Update cargo receipt and shipment status accurately within the ERP system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and security protocols.
• Support additional operational activities as directed by the supervisor.
