Job summary

Singapore Post is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee international and domestic shipment monitoring, ensuring timely progression of all logistics activities across the supply chain.

The role requires proactive tracking, escalation of delays, and coordination with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to minimize service disruptions and maintain high delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE qualification and above
• Experience in logistics, shipment tracking, or supply chain operations is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor international and domestic shipments from origin to final delivery
• Track shipment progress against milestones such as pickup, customs clearance, and delivery
• Identify delays and escalate to operational teams promptly
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, warehouses and internal departments
• Ensure shipment milestones are updated accurately in systems
• Investigate shipment exceptions and implement corrective actions
• Maintain communication with Sales and internal stakeholders with status updates
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs and customer-specific delivery requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shipment status and performance
• Provide visibility during disruptions and recovery plans
• Analyze shipment trends and propose process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and safety
