Job summary

Dimerco Express Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive individual to assist with daily freight forwarding and shipment activities in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will support airway bill preparation, manifests, and shipping documents, while aiding shipment coordination and system updates.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and the ability to learn on the job, collaborating with a team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with SOPs and security

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of air cargo and Incoterms.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily freight forwarding and shipment activities.
• Support preparation of airway bills, manifests, and shipping documents.
• Assist with shipment coordination and system updates.
• Support cargo checking, labelling, and pre-alert preparation.
• Follow company SOPs and customs/security requirements.
• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
