Job summary

ficofi partners holding pte. ltd. is seeking an Operations Excellence & Systems Manager to ensure smooth physical flows while redesigning processes and ERP usage.

You will own end-to-end shipments, standardize warehouses, and drive automation with AI tools to deliver measurable gains. In this role you will map end-to-end flows, partner with IT for API/EDI integrations, and lead adoption through training and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• H hands-on WMS experience in reception to picking.
• At least one ERP implementation or major rollout: requirements, UAT, go-live.
• Proven ability to map, redesign and measure a process.
• Data fluency: advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Uses AI and automation tools in daily work; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Run international shipments end to end, including quoting, booking, documentation and ERP close-out.
• Standardize warehouse processes across sites and support on-site needs.
• Support rollout of the FICOFI identifier and Tasklet Mobile.
• Design cycle-counting methods and track stock accuracy across the network.
• Set freight cost control standards and audit invoices against quotes/POs.
• Manage carrier panel, RFQ process and performance reviews.
• Open and qualify new lanes, starting US and Europe-Asia transfers.
• Back up transport, logistics and warehouse teams during peaks.
