Job summary

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
• 1–2 years of corporate/commercial law experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and spoken English for international communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality on legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and international standards.
• Assist with cross-border subsidiary establishment including incorporation documents.
• Support the Legal Manager in other assigned matters.
