Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Global C-IMP Lead to drive continuous improvement across US and APAC sites. You will shape strategic frameworks, standardize tools, and prioritize high-impact projects for cost savings and quality gains.

The role demands change management experience, Six Sigma Black Belt credentials, and exceptional stakeholder communication across cultures. Global travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Process Engineering or PM within a global, multi-site environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results (e.g., millions in OPEX savings).
• Experience in Change Management—moving organizations to Lean thinking.
• Experience across cultures and time zones with adaptable communication.
• SPC and SQC experience.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with Lean tools (5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen).
• Willingness to pursue Six Sigma Black Belt certification if not certified.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with multitasking ability.
• Understanding of lean financial metrics and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Lead global C-IMP framework development and standardization across sites.
• Drive KPI tracking and maturity roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership to realize savings.
• Design and deliver training to build C-IMP capability at all levels.
• Mentor country C-IMP leads and project owners through execution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
