Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Global C-IMP Lead to architect and drive the standardized Continuous Improvement framework across all sites. You will design, deploy and sustain improvements, coaching leaders and building a global community of practice.

You will lead complex cross-functional projects, monitor KPIs, and report to the Senior Director, Industrial Management. This role requires travel and deep Lean/Six Sigma expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or Project Management in a global, multi-site environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results (OPEX savings).
• Change Management experience across cultures and time zones.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with Lean tools and improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Global C-IMP Roadmap aligning improvements with long-term goals.
• Standardize C-IMP tools across regions for a one-company approach.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact projects for cost savings and lead-time reduction.
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor country C-IMP leads.
• Define and monitor KPIs; drive global maturity through audits.
• Provide regular updates to the Executive Committee.
