Du vil fungere som forandringsagent, drive tværfunktionelle projekter, opbygge et globalt Community of Practice og uddanne ledere i forbedringskulturen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or Project Management.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results.
• Experience in Change Management across cultures and time zones.
• Statistical Process Control and Statistical Quality Control experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Global C-IMP Roadmap and standardize tools across regions.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact projects for cost savings, lead‑time reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor country C-IMP leads through execution.
• Define and monitor global KPIs; manage maturity and audits across sites.
• Report progress to the Executive Committee and drive governance of initiatives.
