Job summary

GMP Group is seeking a Manager of Innovation, Quality Improvement and Training to drive continuous improvement and a culture of innovation across the organization. This full-time role requires strong Lean and Six Sigma expertise.

You will lead a team of quality improvement specialists and trainers, identify priority improvement areas, and implement action plans using Lean, Six Sigma, agile methods, and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, CS, Engineering or Business.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma and process improvement.
• Proficient in Python and RPA with knowledge of AI tools.
• Certified Train-the-trainer (ACTA/ACLP) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for innovation and quality improvement.
• Lead a team of quality improvement specialists and trainers.
• Identify improvement areas and create action plans.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular training to promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovative solutions.
• Monitor KPIs to gauge initiative effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices.
