Job summary

Dyson GmbH in Singapore seeks a visionary leader to build and scale a global organization for Manufacturing Test, PCBA Test, and PCBA Process Engineering. You will drive long-term strategy, global standards, and excellence across factories and EMS partners.

The role requires influencing across R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain, with a focus on AI-enabled test innovation, automated testing, and predictive analytics to raise tech maturity and manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

12–15+ years in electronics manufacturing with PCBA test and process engineering expertise.
Strong track record leading multi-site/global engineering teams.
Experience deploying AI/ML in manufacturing test or analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead global organizational structure for Manufacturing Test, PCBA Test, and PCBA Process Engineering.
Define global standards, roadmaps, and capability development; drive AI-enabled test innovation.
Collaborate with Electronics R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain across EMS/CM partners.
Deliver metrics on yield, FPY, and test coverage; optimize cost of test globally.
Manage partnerships with CM/JDPs and drive continuous improvement.
