Responsibilities

• Strategic Test Capability Development: Set the strategic direction and vision for end-to-end testing of products across multiple sites and across multiple RDD functions including Build & Test, Hardware and Software testing, enabling support for current and next-generation products.
• Build a strong test capability and transform ways of working across all functions within RDD to attain the highest product verification standards and highest product performance.
• Leading the test organisation performing tests mimicking real-world Consumer first perspective through functional lenses and deliver a highly satisfying end-user experience.
• Introduce and scale innovative approaches such as AI-enabled testing to improve efficiency, enhance coverage, and predict in-field product issues.
• Continuously assess and integrate new testing technologies, tools, and methodologies to advance technical expertise and testing effectiveness.
