Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data/Analytics, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in data governance, data quality, or Master Data Management programmes in multi-entity or regulated organisations.
• Proven track record leading governance functions and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define the Group-wide Data & AI Governance strategy, framework, operating model, and roadmap.
• Establish governance model, decision rights (RACI), and Data Owner/Stewardship roles.
• Own data quality policy, SLAs, and dataset certification regimes.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to ensure cross-jurisdictional data governance.
• Drive regulatory risk assessments, audits, and governance reporting.
• Lead change management and adoption of MDM across the organisation.
