Binance is seeking a seasoned CDD Compliance professional to oversee customer due diligence across regions. The role focuses on aligning global standards with local requirements, working with MLROs, auditors, and partners.

The candidate will guide risk scoring, licensing awareness, and continuous improvements in a remote-first environment. 5+ years in CDD/AML, ACAMS/ACFCS certification, and strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with banking partners and cross-functional

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Due Diligence and AML/CFT.
Knowledge of global CDD requirements and licensing.
Ability to implement customer risk scoring frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Support Global Head CDD Governance to drive CDD strategy for retail and corporate customers.
Manage third party relationships with auditors and fiat partners.
Ensure global CDD standards are met for all services.
Partner with Product leadership on global/local CDD enhancements.
Build relationships with banking partners and act as main point of contact.
Escalation point for compliance matters with stakeholders.
Manage multiple CDD projects across jurisdictions with timely delivery.
Report progress of Global and local CDD projects to management.
