Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review ServiceNow tickets for completeness and process adherence.
• Prepare IT operations data, including basic trend summaries.
• Organize and maintain SOPs and operational guides.
• Assist asset lifecycle administration and inventory audits.
• Prepare IT audit and compliance documents.
• Provide remote coordination and administrative support for IT activities.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge enablement materials.
• Create basic IT training videos or walkthroughs under supervision.
