Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation in Singapore invites an internship to support APAC Site IT daily operations with structured back-end IT support activities, including service operations data support, documentation, asset lifecycle administration, and knowledge enablement under supervision.

You should be an undergraduate student in IT or CS, able to commit at least 6 months, with basic understanding of IT operations and strong attention to detail, good communication, and a willingness to learn enterprise

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing IT or CS studies with ongoing enrollment.
• Able to commit at least 6 months for an internship period.
• Basic understanding of IT operations or IT service management concepts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow defined processes and work independently on structured tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn enterprise IT operational and knowledge-sharing practices.

Responsibilities

• Review ServiceNow tickets for completeness and accuracy, flag follow-ups.
• Prepare IT operations data, including ticket trend summaries.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, guides, and checklists.
• Assist IT asset lifecycle administration and inventory prep.
• Support IT audit and compliance documents, ensuring records are organized.
• Provide remote coordination and admin support for site IT activities.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge enablement materials.
• Create and update basic IT training videos or walkthroughs under guidance.
