Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking an experienced IT Governance Manager to establish, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-wide IT governance across a global organization undergoing significant digital transformation.

This role will partner with IT leadership, PMO, Cyber Security, Architecture, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to develop governance frameworks, policies, controls, and performance management processes that enable effective decision-making, risk management,

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in IT governance, PMO, technology risk, IT strategy, or enterprise transformation.
Proven experience designing or implementing governance frameworks in large-scale organizations.
Experience working across multiple countries, business functions, and stakeholder groups.
Background in digital transformation, shared services, or enterprise IT operating model environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the IT Governance Framework, operating model, standards, policies, and procedures.
Establish governance processes covering technology, projects, service management, risk, security, compliance, and vendor management.
Define governance principles, decision rights, approval structures, and accountability models.
Drive adoption of governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO27001, and other relevant best practices.
Coordinate policy compliance assessments and remediation activities.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Establish KPI frameworks, governance dashboards, and executive reporting.
